You can find a balance with your homeowners! We have scheduled a series of  Foreclosure Transition Seminars to

help reduce the amount of foreclosures nationwide.

Our seminar are designed to education homeowners on all their available options now and in the future. We begin our session with a credit education training.  We training the homeowner to understand their current credit status. The impact of foreclosure and other derogatory credit history.

The Homeowner are then provided information by Realtor. Our realtors explain the current market and the impact on the

homeowners property. They also explain the option available for listing their house.

Our final session is with you the mortgage company or lender. You discuss with the homeowner what option they have available if facing foreclosure. We require all homeowners to provide proof of income and employment. If they are unemployed we also require proof of unemployment history.

All discussion take place in a private and secure area. These area designed to be comfortable for the homeowner and

mortgage company representative.

      Lenders and Bank's Foreclosure Transition Counseling Service

Our lender contracted Foreclosure Transition Counseling service is designed to helps lenders customers only.  We work directly with their customers to help make the transition smoother for both parties.  We provide counseling on credit history updating, where and how to locate rental housing, the foreclosure process, the eviction process, budgeting

and more.

Again, we want this process to be smooth for both parties. We provide progress and status reports to the lender.  This will help the lender reduce fees and expenses. The lender can start the process of resale the property.  Our goal is to create a Win-Win situation for both lender and customer.
